Overall Rankings after Week #5 - 2012
 

How Divisions are figured:  Teams are placed in a division after race #5 based on the medal average of each racer. This medal average is determined by taking the rated handicap of each racer in each league they are in.  The rated handicap is the average handicap after the best and worst are dropped. Then points are assigned to each average medal. Platinum = 5 pts, Gold = 4 pts, Silver = 3 pts, Bronze = 2 pts, I did it = 1 pt.  For example, if your team is averaging 10 platinum medals, each of your top 9 racers will receive 5 team points.

The top six racers' points are then added up for a team average total. The 7th, 8th, or 9th racers may be used to break ties. Divisions are formed by grouping the teams with similar points together. A racer must make three regular season races to qualify for the team.

REMEMBER - League standings DO NOT determine State Divisions or running order for state. Only average medals for racers who have participated in three or more regular league races.

Teams that said they were not attending State Championships are not in this list.  Those teams are listed at the bottom of this page. 

All award ceremonies will take place immediately following each race.
