Team Rankings
Take a look at the team rankings for each
individual league, or look at how your team ranks among all the teams
in Ski Challenge.
Team Rankings by League
Here you will find where your team stands each week in its league.
The league ranking is determined by accumulating each week’s scores
for the total score of the top six racers to come up with a total
score. If there is a tie with another team, we go to the accumulated
score of the 7th racer. If it is still tied, the 8th racer total is
used and so on. If there is still a tie at the 9th racer, accumulated
tie breaker points are used. The league champions at week seven will
be the team in the lead with the accumulated points of all six races
including any tie breaker points needed.

Overall Team Rankings
This is an overall ranking of all teams in the Ski Challenge. This
ranking is determined by using the medal average of each racer based
on the average handicap after the best and worst are dropped. The top
six racers’ points (same point system as used in leagues) are then
added up for a team average total. The 7th, 8th, or 9th racers may be
used to break ties. This overall ranking is eventually used to
determine divisions for State Championships.
