Refunds

There are no refunds issued by The Ski Challenge office. If someone on your team drops out or gets hurt a replacement must be found. The replacement person pays the member who originally paid. If a replacement cannot be found, there is still no refund from Ski Challenge. When a participant (adult or child) withdraws from the program we are left with an opening that was being held for them, possibly turning away other potential racers. Also, a bib and t-shirt were purchased for this spot and race fees were paid to the hosting ski area for this spot.  Ski Challenge can assist you with finding a new member. There is always a list of individuals looking for teams. You can make roster changes up until the third week.
