The
Joe Rauscher Memorial race is scheduled for Saturday, March 10 at Wild
Mountain. This is the 18th annual race which benefits Cancer
Charities.
100% of the proceeds are donated
More than $26,000 was raised last year from the race and raffle. More
than $280,000 has been raised over the past 17 years. This event is
somewhat unique compared to other charity events. All money raised -
that’s 100% brought in - goes to cancer charities. Close to $7,000
worth of prizes are donated by various manufacturers, clubs, shops,
businesses, and individuals. All trophies and medals are donated by
Joe’s Sporting Goods, the hill and race crew are donated as well as
the race administration.
There are three races on that day. The morning division is held at 10
am on "Wild". The Sport Division is held at 11:30 am on "Expressway".
The Competition Division is held at 1:30 pm on "Wild". All awards and
the raffle will follow the last race of the day. Join in on the racing
fun for $25 per race. You can register as an entire team, or as an
